- The reception room is softly lit and easily customizable, with large roll-up windows opening onto an airy deck and patio that serves as an additional area for guests to mingle. Tables, chairs, and linens, as well as all setup and breakdown, are included with the rental.
- Using local ingredients and heirloom family recipes, the exclusive in-house Cypress Inn Catering provides an extensive array of buffet and plated dinner menu options. Full bar service stations with bartenders are also available.

Rental Fee
- $750–4,500/event
All rentals include:
- 4-hour event time, plus 1-hour setup time prior to rental
- Use of the venue's tables, chairs, and white linens, plus setup & teardown
- A Cypress Inn staff representative for the duration of the event
- Use of the Bridal Suite (ceremony only)
- Add-on the Sandbar Room for the groom & groomsmen for $300
- 1-hour ceremony rehearsal the day prior to the wedding
- Dance floor, microphone, podium, WiFi, and projector & screens
- Additional hours may be added at 10% of the room rental fee per hour
