$675 – Elopement
2.5-hour ceremony for up to 10 guests. The venue will setup & breakdown chairs. Grounds closed to the public during ceremony time.
$1,000 – Micro-Wedding
4 hours for a ceremony & cocktail hour or dinner for up to 20 guests. The venue will setup & breakdown chairs. The grounds will be closed to the public during their event time.

Rental Fee
- $1,000–9,000/event
The rental fee varies depending on the season (peak or non-peak), the day of the week, and whether you're hosting a ceremony & reception, reception-only, or ceremony-only. The fee includes:
- Use of the venue for 2–6 hours (based on the type of event), and exclusive access to the grounds
- Basic grounds lighting and electricity for all power needs
- Restrooms for 100 guests
- 2-hour use of the Old Stable/Groom’s Den and Bridal Suite in the Historic Mansion
- Golf cart shuttle and chauffeur, directional signs, and restrooms for 100 guests
