Rental Fee

• Rental fee includes:

  • 6 hours of exclusive use for ceremony and reception
    
  • Guest shuttle from the ranch parking area to the event site
  • Wedding arch on the Celebration Stage overlooking the pond
  • Picnic tables and benches
  • Dance floor
  • Power, lighting for event areas, parking lot, pathways and colored hillside lights (evening events)
  • Additional services are available for an extra fee, including an officiant, music, florals, photographer, specialty decor and more

  Ask about arranging additional activities for your guests or the wedding party such as specialty red jeep tours!

  Ceremony-only site fees range $4,000–8,000 for a 2.5-hour event to be held between 8am and sunset.
