• Rental fee varies depending on:

• Fall & winter (mid-September–April 30) rental fees range $1,200 (Monday–Thursday) to $1,800 (Friday–Sunday), plus a wine commitment of $15/person.

  Spring & summer (May 1–mid-September) rental fees range $2,800 (Monday–Thursday) to $4,100 (Friday–Sunday), plus a wine commitment of $15/person.

  Fees include:

  • Use for the facility from 10am–10pm (plus 1 hour for vendor cleanup)
  • 2-hour venue use for a rehearsal
  • Event day liaison
  • Banquet & round tables, and wooden chairs
  • Use of the grounds for engagement photos
  • 60x40 tent (spring & summer only)
