- Filled with vintage Southern charm, the grounds offer lovely photo opportunities and backdrops, including the Broadwell House, built around 1860 and relocated to the property, and a 1930s cottage that has been converted into a bar area.
- Milton's Acre is an on-site garden that provides many of the ingredients used by the culinary team. Guests can dine family-style at long tables among the heirloom vegetables or on the expansive outdoor patio nearby.
