  Weekend Buyout | $40,000 facility fee | $80,000 food & beverage minimum
  Includes exclusive use of the property from noon Friday to noon Sunday. All guest rooms/bungalows must be reserved for a 2-night minimum. F&B minimum applies to all meals Friday–Sunday.

  Saturday Buyout | $30,000 facility fee | $50,000 food & beverage minimum
  Includes exclusive use of the property all day Saturday (restaurant will be open to the public Friday & Sunday). All guest rooms/bungalows must be reserved for a 2-night minimum. F&B minimum applies to all meals Friday–Sunday.

  Non-Buyout | $20,000 facility fee | $40,000 food & beverage minimum
  Includes use of the South Lawn, Oval Terrace, Palm Terrace, and Valley Oak from 3–10pm. Bungalows 4&5, Owner's Loft, Pool Bungalow, and all Mansion guest rooms must be reserved for a 2-night minimum. F&B minimum applies to Friday welcome dinner and wedding day meals.
